I have so much passion for stretching what with having a background as a dancer myself I want to invent stretching classes for all mixed levels.
I will have beginner and inter/advanced classes so I make sure everyone gets the most out of their stretching classes.
This links into Pole Dancing brilliantly as for Pole Dance you do need to have a lot of flexibility to try some of the moves and it will only make things easier and give you long lean muscles!
Looking into venues now and just orded stretching mats, watch this space!
