First Stretchability Class!

I will be hosting my first Stretchability class at Stages in Crawley on the 11th of March! :)

Stretchability Classes....

I have so much passion for stretching what with having a background as a dancer myself I want to invent stretching classes for all mixed levels.

I will have beginner and inter/advanced classes so I make sure everyone gets the most out of their stretching classes.

This links into Pole Dancing brilliantly as for Pole Dance you do need to have a lot of flexibility to try some of the moves and it will only make things easier and give you long lean muscles!

Looking into venues now and just orded stretching mats, watch this space!

Teaching hopes...

Next month I will be looking into getting the new X-Pole Sport, so that I can test how easy it is to put up and then eventually buy more and hopefully get some classes running! (the scary part)

I will keep up to date with where I am at!

Oona Kivelä- Finland Champion Pole Dancer

Oona is my favourite top pole dancer performer.

She has a background of gymnastics and dance and she interprets her pole performances with the music perfectly. Oona brings character and flare to all her routines and connects with the audience every time.

My favourite performance of hers so far, is her performance at Pole Art 2010.
